The JC Raulston Arboretum's Internship Program provides paid internships to students each summer. Interns work alongside staff and volunteers as part of the JCRA team, gaining hands-on training in garden management and maintenance or in the children's education program. Your support of this program will truly make an impact on a young person's life.
Budget Breakdown:
Our funding goal of $6,000 supports the cost of hiring one intern for 13 weeks of summer work at the JCRA.
Funds will be placed in the JCRA Internship Fund. If the project does not meet its fundraising goal, exceeds the project need, or the project cannot be completed, the funds will be used for the overall enhancement of the JC Raulston Arboretum Internship Program. Gifts are received by the NC State University Foundation, Inc. and may be distributed to an affiliated foundation that manages the fund supported by the donor.
