Our Crowdfunding Groups
NC State’s Counseling Center provides important mental health services for our Wolfpack. As our students become more open to seeking help, the need for these services continues to increase. Last year alone, the center offered appointments to 4,593 students.
Giving Tuesday is a chance to meet the needs of our community, and that’s why the Pack is coming together for mental health. Gifts to the Counseling Center help us provide a more welcoming environment, improve direct outreach services and enhance critical training for staff and students.
The Counseling Center helps students address a wide variety of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, family issues, substance abuse and more. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, psychiatry appointments and outreach programs. The center also collaborates with student Mental Health Ambassadors to foster peer-to-peer education efforts.
